If your syrup looks a little lighter or darker than your last bottle, don’t worry. The flavor and quality remain the same. That’s the beauty of small-batch production — no artificial dyes, no mass manufacturing shortcuts, just thoughtfully crafted syrup every time.

In food production, citric acid is commonly derived through a natural fermentation process and is chemically identical to the citric acid found in fruit.
