If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

For best quality, refrigerate your syrup after opening.

Once opened and stored in the refrigerator, syrups are best enjoyed within 30 days. Always keep the cap tightly sealed and use clean pumps or pour spouts to maintain freshness.

Unopened bottles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We use citric acid as a natural preservative to help maintain freshness and flavor stability in our syrups.

Citric acid is a naturally occurring compound found in citrus fruits like lemons and limes. It’s the same substance that gives lemon juice its bright, tangy character. In food production, citric acid is commonly derived through a natural fermentation process and is chemically identical to the citric acid found in fruit.

Its role in our syrups is simple: it helps balance pH levels, maintain flavor, and extend shelf life safely — without the need for artificial preservatives.

We choose ingredients intentionally. Citric acid allows us to keep our syrups fresh while staying true to our commitment to quality and simple ingredients.
